Castello di Bolgheri is a strong and intense wine, with a deep ruby red color. The nose evokes delicate fruity aromas of plum jam, cherry and rhubarb, combined with spicy notes of cocoa and roasted coffee. The taste is warm, full, elegant and structured, with round and well-harmonized tannins, with a long finish and great persistence, with a hint of balsamic notes. Excellent paired with vegetable risotto, roasted or grilled meat, stewed red and white meat.
