Castello di Grumello Moscato Passito

Produced with Moscato di Scanzo grapes, dried in the loft. It comes from vineyards with western exposure on clay-limestone marl at about 240 m above sea level. Aged in stainless steel and refined in the bottle. Deep ruby red color with garnet reflections, intense aroma with hints of dried rose and spices, sweet but well balanced flavor with a long aromatic persistence. Meditation wine, suitable to accompany blue or aged cheeses, dry pastries, dark chocolate.
