The wine
It comes from the “Il Mulino” vineyard, at 260 meters above sea level, planted in 1976 with only Cabernet Sauvignon. Its name is inspired by the famous saying “Nemo propheta in patria”, which in those years - the first harvest was 1982 - was well suited to the pioneering and avant-garde spirit of the company. After vinification in steel, it ages 18 months in oak barriques and refines another year in the bottle.
