Castello di Verduno Barolo Massara

The Massara vineyard was purchased in 1910 by Cavalier GB Burlotto directly from the House of Savoy. The vineyard, in one of the areas with a high viticultural vocation of Verduno, is located at 265 meters above sea level on an area of 1.22 hectares entirely cultivated with Nebbiolo. The soil made up of white earth with a prevalent calcareous-clayey composition, the happy East-South-East exposure and a scrupulous selection of the grapes allow to obtain a wine able to amaze for longevity and power.
