Ajax is one of the company's top reds. It is a Salice Salentino DOC Riserva. The name of the wine is dedicated to Ajax Telamonio, king of Salamina, who participates in the Trojan war, repeatedly pointing out, among the Greek heroes, for his strength and great value.
