The wine
Garnet red in color, it has fruity aromas of cassis and black cherry in alcohol on the nose, as well as a persistent blood note that enhances even more the hints of toasting and chocolate. The gustatory expression refers to small red fruits and at its entrance the wine leaves a pleasant velvety sensation on the palate. Hints of licorice and Mediterranean aromatic herbs (thyme) complete the tasting. A wine to be preserved over time: undoubtedly the long aging in the bottle will give an even wider range of aromas. Accompanies first courses based on meat sauce such as lasagna, prepared stews and stews.
