The wine
Verdicchio di Matelica DOC Cavalieri is obtained from the vinification of our Verdicchio grapes harvested manually and from the Cavalieri vineyard, planted in a clay-limestone soil facing East. The must begins the fermentation process in concrete tanks, after this phase the wine is decanted by gravity into steel containers, located in the underground cellar. After at least 6-7 months of refinement, the wine is bottled with light stabilization and filtration.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
