Cavicchioli Rosé del Cristo is a delicious and refined sparkling wine. Poured into the glass, it shows a fine and graceful perlage that makes its beautiful salmon hue shine. The nose opens with a floral-fruity symphony that contains aromas of geranium, roses, currants, pomegranate, white cherry and raspberry sorbet. There are also hints of musk and aromatic herbs, shortcrust pastry and toasted hazelnuts, with a mineral boost to press the grand finale. The taste is irresistible, made creamy by the fine grain of the bubbles that invade the palate without aggression. With the fading of the effervescence, memories of wild strawberries emerge, citrine flashes of considerable intensity and a saline flavor that extends the persistence. On the table it goes very well with a rich range of dishes, from cold cuts to tortelli, from zampone to cheeses. The combination with the fried dumplings is particularly happy.
