The wine
Produced in the municipalities of Negrar, Marano di Valpolicella, Sant'Ambrogio, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano in the historic area. Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes dried carefully on racks until mid-January, completed by aging in large oak barrels and long rest in the bottle, give us this great wine. It goes well with red meats, game and also as a wine after a meal.
