The wine
An atypical Sauvignon Blanc for Italian canons, a very broad nose not concentrated only on the green aromatic fraction, with an extraordinary structure and flavor. The acidity is hardly noticeable but will keep it alive for a long time.

Cesconi
Just north of Trento, Pressano is a very interesting area from a viticultural point of view.
