Château Haut-Monplaisir Cahors Tradition

A delicious and delicious red, just like the vintage. The nose is fresh and welcoming, with notes of blackcurrant, prune and raspberry, some fresh herbs and a pleasant touch of ground pepper. Fluid and light on the palate, it develops a beautiful roundness, which marvelously coats the crunchy and young tannins giving a lot of energy to this wine. It is a very pretty table red, showing a beautiful expression of Cahors Malbec in a lighter and airy register. It will accompany simple and tasty dishes, such as Parmentier mince, goulash, roasted meat with spices, but also a lasagna with roasted vegetables, or spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and chilli.
