The wine
A Provençal wine made from a very careful selection of Garnacha and Syrah variety grapes. A very pale pink colour and extremely refined on the nose, it releases mineral, floral, fruity and citrus aromas. Satisfyingly full and balanced throughout the palate, with a long finish and great delicacy. Ideal for teaming up with shellfish.
