The wine
This 50 year old vineyard in one piece (10 Ha) is made up of the three main grape varieties with a predominance of Grenache. It stretches over the garrigue plateau ideally located between the Ouvèze terraces (tributary of the Rhône) and the Dentelles de Montmirail, which constitutes pebble soil from debris from the Dentelles de Montmirail and clay.
