The wine
Between lagoons and foothills, swept by the tramontana, the vineyard of Château Montfin includes some twenty hectares of vines embedded in the scrubland, worked in organic farming and harvested manually. Knowledge and passion give wines a particular freshness, always elegant aromas and a beautiful complexity.
The Cuvée Saint Jacques is a white wine with a pretty pale gold color. An intense nose dominated by pear and peach with a subtle note of toasted almonds. The palate is round with a lot of fat, ending in a pleasant length with subtle toasted notes.
