Cherchi Vermentino di Sardegna Billia

Cherchi Billia is a characteristic Sardinian Vermentino, straw-yellow in color with light brilliant greenish reflections. The scent is delicate but persistent, pleasantly fruity with apple and with intense floral notes that give the bouquet great elegance. On the palate it is dry, without harshness, pleasantly fresh and sapid, with balanced body and structure and good taste-olfactory response. Excellent as an aperitif and with typical seafood dishes. Particularly suitable with shellfish, fish appetizers, first courses with light condiments and fish with delicate meat, boiled or roasted.
