The wine
The lively color is obtained from contact with the skins of only a few hours, we are talking about 24/36 hours, until the desired color is obtained; a low and controlled temperature is maintained in order to extract as many perfumes as possible. On the palate, a pleasantly fresh wine with good persistence is highlighted, with a bitterish finish typical of tintilia. An easy pairing wine; accompanies aperitifs, simple and summer preparations, fish dishes.
