The wine
Ciro Picariello Greco di Tufo is an engaging and characteristic white, with a beautiful straw yellow color, almost golden. The nose offers pleasant citrus and sulfur-mineral sensations, particularly marked in the finish. The sip is generous and satisfying, tense with acidity and a voluminous body. A wine that never disappoints expectations, with a good evolutionary capacity, very versatile on the table. Superb on monkfish with anchovy sauce.
