From a terraced vineyard near the Adriatic Sea, at an altitude of 100 meters, on a terrain of tuff and sand where the bora, mistral and north winds, caressing the vines, deposit the sea salt while the warm and dry libeccio wind (Garbino) brings the grapes to optimal ripeness.
Bright straw yellow color with green reflections. Elegant floral notes of hawthorn, lime and lily on the nose. Fruity, it recalls grapefruit and cedar, then pineapple, white melon and sage, tarragon and lemon verbena. It is characterized by a marked iodized minerality. When tasted, the acid richness is balanced by the important glycerine contribution, therefore fresh and savory. Persistent finish with fruity hints of citrus fruits with confirmation of minerality and finesse.
