The wine
Nicolás Joly is considered to be the great guru of biodynamic viticulture, and maintains that handling the Chenin Blanc grape variety is like bringing up an unruly child. Joly is passionate and totally committed to his work, a true apostle for the biodynamic cause; there is no better way than by tasting and enjoying his wines to come to the conclusion that this practice enables the grape to reveal the whole of its character, the purest expression of its most natural form.

Vignoble de la Coulée de Serrant
The Coulée de Serrant vineyards were planted in 1130 by the Cistercian monks of the Vieux Serrant monastery, an historic monument still standing on the property. Ever since then grapes have been harvested every year without fail.
