The wine
Marked hints of bread crust and ripe yellow fruit. Very fine perlage given the stay on the lees. Very dry and structured wine, typically cloudy with a compact deposit on the bottom. Ideal for all moments. The perfect marriage, however, is with traditional Treviso cuisine based on structured first courses and grilled or "skewered" meats.
