Wine critics reviewsReviews by Parker

The sweet rosé 2018 4 Varietales Dulce de Invierno was produced with late-harvest grapes: 50% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano, 20% Garnacha and 10% Mazuelo, whose concentrated must fermented in French oak barrels for a month and a half. It also aged in barrel for a further 12 months. It has a dark amber color, and the nose is complex and insinuating with notes of marmalade, dried apricots and cinnamon and with something honeyed and a touch of lanolin that might suggest the development of some botrytis. It has 109 grams of residual sugar but does not feel very sweet; it comes through as quite balanced, which is ultimately what you want, especially with sweet and fortified wines. 4,029 half bottles were produced. It was bottled in January 2020.
