The wine
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections in its youth. The persistent and wild flower scent announces a marked note of almond that distinguishes its typicality and that is found on the palate, where it is dry, full and full-bodied. Well rounded on the palate, it has an excellent aromatic persistence. Classic wine for aperitifs and fish and asparagus based appetizers, spring soups and marinara first courses. Friulian cuisine: risotto with Tavagnacco asparagus; unsurpassed with San Daniele ham.
