The wine
Straw yellow with golden reflections, the nose is fine, fresh, with notes of apple and floral hints. Sapid and full-bodied wine, well structured, with a balanced acidity that enhances its pleasantness. Perfect for appetizers, fish in general and shellfish, white meats and carpaccio.
