Colosi Salina Rosso

Intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. The nose is persistent, fruity, with hints of ripe cherry and spices such as vanilla and black pepper, slightly salty. Warm, harmonious and persistent sip, of good intensity and perfectly balanced. Red Salina can withstand a few years of aging. Particularly suitable with typical Aeolian dishes, meat dishes, game, cheeses with a strong taste and elaborate sauces.
