The wine
Originating from grapes grown on a south-facing hillside sloping gently down to the banks of the River Duero, this is a 100% Tempranillo wine from the estate of the same name owned by Alejandro Fernández, a recognized master at handling this variety.
A powerful, concentrated wine, with good balance and fine fruit expression.
Aged for 22 months in American oak barrels and allowed a long repose of 14 months in bottle.
