The wine
It has a beautiful coral pink color, very bright, with a fine and persistent perlage. An original Franciacorta, interpreted with modernity and competent valorisation of Pinot Noir grapes. On the nose there are clear notes of small berries, fresh rose petals, nuances of apple and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is structured, clear and snappy, sapid and sensorially rhythmic. The finish is long and well balanced.
