Contadi Castaldi Soul Satèn is a fascinating and complex Franciacorta, with a strong and unmistakable taste. With an intense straw color, lively and sparkling, and very fine perlage, it is a sparkling and fresh wine, original and intriguing in its sensoriality. On the nose it releases variegated aromas with floral notes of broom, bread crust and nuances of hazelnuts. On the palate it is clear, structured, with good balance, accompanied by notes of nougat along a persistent finish. Recommended for aperitifs, to accompany fresh cheeses, risotto with vegetables and shellfish.
