The wine
In some areas of central Sardinia, the woody part of the bunch, from which the nourishment comes to the grape, is called "tonaghe". The Cannonau grapes color a toast at sunset with ruby red, making every moment worth celebrating. The aroma is the intense one of wild blackberries, the full and structured flavor of Cannonau grapes. As a good red, it happily accompanies grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
