Contratto Alta Langa For England Rosé

The Alta Langa For England Rosé sparkling wine from the Contratto winery has a pale pink color with reflections that turn to copper due to the short maceration and with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses all the character of Pinot Noir rosé opening with an intense floral note (rose), red fruit (wild strawberry) followed by an enveloping mineral note and yeast and citrus fruit (pink grapefruit). The sip is soft and fresh, thanks to the fruity notes, but equally full of character and long persistence. Excellent in combination with fish dishes, delicate appetizers and sushi.
