The wine
De Miranda is produced by the Contratto company, obtained from 100% Muscat grapes in the Piedmont area of Asti. Fresh wine with perceptible hints of white pulp fruit, such as pear, notes of ripe apricots and pleasant touches of honey. The sip is elegant, mineral, with a good, well-balanced acidity that makes it fresh and pleasant. Perfect as an aperitif and in combination with even complex desserts. If you want to be daring, it is also excellent in combination with aged cheeses.
