The wine
Contucci Nobile di Montepulciano is a wine of great intensity and structure. Ruby in color tending to garnet with aging, the nose expresses a delicate scent of violets. On the palate it conveys a pleasant plum taste and a pleasantly dry taste. It combines sublime with roasts and both white and red meats, as well as noble poultry and game. Its characteristics allow to best enhance the flavors of aged cheeses such as, for example, pecorino or Parmesan cheese.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
