Coos Schioppettino

Coos Schioppettino is a robust and elegant wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose evokes a pleasant scent with nuances reminiscent of walnut husk and small berries (wild blackberry, raspberry, blueberry), with the addition of a characteristic spice close to black pepper. In the mouth shows a not excessive body; with the refinement the aromatic notes evolve towards ripe plum and liquorice. Excellent on red meats, skewered meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
