The wine
Intense and purplish color; nose of ripe fruit, blackberries, cocoa, plum, spices and fragrances; full and fresh mouth. Soft tannins. Medium longevity wine, it is best expressed in the first 4/5 years of life, but it can also be enjoyed up to 10 years. Classic accompaniment for Piedmontese mixed boiled meats, hot salami with lentils, cardoon pie and traditional bagna caoda.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
