The wine
The latest addition to the range, Coto de Imaz Blanco Reserva, is an unctuous and complex single-variety Chardonnay. Twelve months aging in untoasted French oak barrels with regular movement of the lees produces a perfect combination of fruit and depth. All in all, a wonderful long-lasting wine.
