The wine
With the Mourvèdre predominant, this red wine comes over as mature and round with aromas of tiny wild strawberries, spices, thyme, leather and tobacco. In essence, it's elegantly tannic and spicy, with aromatic touches of Morello cherries and Mediterranean bushes. Decanting enhances its spicy nuances.
