The wine
A ruddy and fruity red, flirtatious in the color reflections of ripe cherry. One of the oldest in the region, it carries, in its slightly sweet flavor, the charm of a place bewitched by the mythical songs of the Homeric sirens. It is produced with Nerello, Malvasia Nera and Gaglioppo grapes. Balanced, with very soft but vinous tannins that when served fresh can be paired with fish-based dishes. It gently accompanies any meal, but is enhanced with fresh cheeses and ricotta in particular. It is preferably served fresh.
