The wine
Cusumano Noà is a Sicilian red of great value, soft and elegant. It is presented in the glass with an almost impenetrable and fascinating ruby red color. The nose offers an intense and persistent aroma, opening into a broad and complex olfactory spectrum that passes from notes of licorice to clear and persistent hints of ripe red fruit, jam, coffee, cocoa on a vanilla background. In the mouth it reveals strong spicy sensations, warmth, softness, freshness, with well-smoothed tannins and a very long finish. Excellent in combination with red meats and hard cheeses, even aged.
