The wine
Calesio is a long Charmat method sparkling wine, the fruit of an ancient autochthonous variety, Durella. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections, the aroma is floral and elegant, fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it remains fresh, full and with great mineral expression. Sparkling wine as an aperitif, it goes well with any type of dish especially based on fish and shellfish. Also suitable for the whole meal.
