Damijan Podversič Kaplja

Kaplja is a symphony called Goccia composed by three artists: Chardonnay, Nekaj, Malvasia. Each gives its characteristic to the wine making it balanced and harmonious in the nose and mouth. The beginning pronounced by the olfactory aromaticity of the Nekaj gives the aromatic continuity in the mouth of the Malvasia, widening leaving a long, soft and savory finish of the Chardonnay.
