A white with 36 months of aging in wood can only release an extraordinarily wide olfactory complexity: dried apricot and ripe date, candied citrus and confectioned lemon are just some of the articulated fruity sensations donated by this magical Friulian. And then the resin, sweet tobacco, acacia honey, ground coffee, aromatic sugar. In the mouth, an unsuspected thickness and body dominate, but already highlighted on the nose. Fresh and savory, it offers an unmistakable depth, which translates into a persistence of rare determination and incomparable flavor.
