Damijan Podversič Ribolla Gialla

Damijan Podversič Ribolla Gialla is a fine Friulian white, of great elegance and drinkability. In the glass it is full of life, of a beautiful bright amber color. The aromatic profile is intense, ethereal, with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and delicate fruity hints of peach and ripe apricot. In the mouth it is elegant, deep, substantial, never heavy, with deep minerality. Sapid and pleasantly tannic, with an enveloping, dynamic and very persistent sip. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fresh and light dishes.
