The wine
Dario Prinčič's white wine is produced in the Venezia Giulia IGT appellation; to the eye it is bright amber to the eye. The nose is broad with hints of wildflowers and fruity notes of peach and apricot and spicy memories. The sip is fresh and long. Excellent in combination with main courses based on fish or white meats, and it is excellent alongside recipes of oriental cuisine.
