The wine
Dario Prinčič's orange wine Jakot has an orange-yellow color; on the nose it expresses hints of vegetables and medicinal herbs and notes of hay, citrus fruits and candied ginger. The sip in the mouth is fresh, savory, with delicate tannins and a long finish. Excellent in combination with white meats, grilled fish, mushroom risotto and aged cheeses.
