The wine
On the slopes of Gigondas, the grapes give an astonishing juice of harmony and aromas, a prelude to remarkable wines. Harvested at good maturity, the Grenache finds the balance between its natural power and the freshness of the Mistral. The wine has been aged in vats and in casks. It offers spicy aromas of pine and garrigue and the palate is full and structured. This bottle will go perfectly with a rack of lamb or a roasted guinea fowl.
