The wine
Dark, almost black, impenetrable wine. A particularly lively “Syrah” nose, on redcurrant jelly, spices and liquorice stick. Concentrated on the palate, bursting with fresh fruit, the incredible energy of an “adolescent” wine already enclosed in its bottle to preserve its shine. Firm but silky tannins, medium finish making you want to take more, surprisingly "graphite" coming resolutely from the terroir, varying in intensity depending on the year.
