The wine
From Levante (De Llevant) comes the freshness and nerve, the subtle humidity AND the charm that surrounds the Cal Ferrando vineyard, in Font-rubí. Oriented to the east, towards the sea, its Malvasia strains offer a vibrant, complex and fine wine. The rest time in ceramic amphoras softens it and gives it an elegant and lively personality like the first light of day.
The wine rests in a ceramic amphora for 6 months to balance and round the palate.
