A Vermentino like you've never drunk it.
Dettori Bianco is a deep and intense white that is expressed on the nose between notes of ripe yellow fruits, dehydrated apricot, candied orange peel, almond paste and chestnut honey as well as powerful balsamic and brackish echoes that speak of the Sennori territory.
Each sip, perfectly matching, is rich in taste and muscle. Warm but enlivened by disarming freshness and flavor, it is sublime in combination with a plate of steaming spaghetti with bottarga. Single.
