The wine
The Dettori Rosso wine is produced in the Badde Nigolosu estate of the Dettori company; at sight it has a ruby red color. The nose is broad and complex, fruity olfactory notes and sweet spices are perceived, aromatic herbs and hints of Mediterranean scrub are clearly distinguished. Passionate alcohol, substantial on the palate, excellent acidity and punctual flavor, well balanced by an enveloping sensation of warmth and softness. Persistent and elegant. Good pairing with red meat and game dishes.
