A native vine from Friuli. The TOH! it is the perfect example of a fresh and mineral style, with a delicately savory finish, it best expresses the gravelly and clayey terroir of our vineyards. Of a pleasant straw yellow, sometimes with greenish reflections. Immediately recognizable for the typical notes of bitter almond and green apple, with a very soft and persuasive aftertaste. In Friuli it is often accompanied by another local product, our di San Daniele. The most classic of combinations, it splendidly accompanies molluscs, crustaceans or fish. To be tried together with a fresh sushi meal, the flavor of the wine, combined with a pleasant acidity will bind perfectly to the delicate tastes of raw fish.
