Dipoli Voglar Sauvignon is an intense, pleasantly perfumed wine of straw yellow color. The nose reveals nettle herbs, hints of citrus, rock and mango: an elegant and distinctive bouquet where the fruity note softens the painting with great measure, giving it a delicious pleasing aroma. In the mouth it is accommodating and balanced, discreetly sapid but above all very harmonious, with great visibility and precision. Retrophytic remarks are ripe and complete a slightly acidic taste with nerbo, body and structure. He is a great companion of the table, lovingly accomodated with vegetable dishes, creamy sauces and rich in aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, pudding. Fragrant with pasta with genoese pesto.
